Q. Can someone copy the code to my lock?
A. No. There are 4.3 billion rotating codes. This means that your code continues to change and therefore cannot be copied.

Q. Can I use the same holes for the infra red remote deadbolts that I have on my door already.                                                                                
A. Yes. These are a standard size and it takes about ten minutes to retrofit a new lock.

Q. If I lose my remote or someone steals it¸ do I have to replace the lock for securuity?                                                                                                 
A. No. In less than ten seconds you can make the lost or stolen remote useless.

Q. If I need another remote can I get one easily?
A. You betcha¸ but they cost $23.00 each. They take about ten seconds to program to your lock.

Q. If I have vistors $23.00 seems a lot to have a spare remote just in case I may need it?
A. Look inside your remotes. There is a key in each one. Give them one of those. Cut more if you need them. 
                                                                                                      
Q. What if I have a problem with it?
A. Sleep well knowing that all locks have a 12 month maufacturers warranty period.
